I would not recommend Robert Oulsnam and Company Residential Lettings because i wasn't impressed with the marketing of the property, they couldn't update their own website of the property details, the local offices didn't carry details of the property and despite full set of keys been given to the estate agents they didn't tell the tenants what each key is for.
